What does the numbers mean on my eye test?

Had one today. They ask me every time "You have large optic nerves have you been tested for glaucoma" :roflmao: ... it's just the way my eyes are no glaucoma. Been tested a few times.

But I'd like to know what these numbers mean? Is my eyesight bad? I do have astigmatism in both eyes.

That seems pretty average to me. I don't have an astigmatism but for my nearsightedness I'm -1.5 and -1.75 for my two eyes and my vision isn't that bad. My husband is like in the 3s and 4s I think.
