Hello everyone,

I've noticed when my anxiety is high i keep catching myself sucking/holding in my stomach. I know this can be adding to my light headed issues but i cant shake this habit. I try to stop what i'm doing and stand still and take a few deep breaths however i can't stop sucking in my stomach! This is always when i start getting nervous.

First off, does anyone have this habit?

Then second, How can i stop doing this beacuse i'm starting to think this could be a adding if not creating my dizziness!

i realised i did this after suffering with stomach pains for 2 years. i now check this area about 10 times a day and just make sure i keep my stomach as relaxed as possible. x
