Itching!!!!!

Hi all. I’ve just recovered from a pre-Christmas HA flare-up about a lymph node in my neck. After multiple weeks of panic, I rationalised and realised that it corresponds with the other side and although it might feel slightly larger (because my head is telling me it is!), it isn’t any more than 1cm or so.

Anyway, during that panic I obviously googled about lymphoma and read about itching. I had an itch on my neck and then something in my head went “ping!” as I remembered lymphoma and now I feel little itches all over my body!!!

I know this is just my mind playing tricks, but itching is a really annoying HA flare-up as it’s so easy to make yourself feel itchy.

Does anyone have any advice on how to handle?
