I just hade five heart flutters in a row, has that ever happened to anyone?

Yes I actually had a panic attack over this today. Felt like my head was also beating like crazy . Checked my pulse it was 130 bpm . Luckily I work at a clinic and the doctor listened to it and reassured me it was benign just anxiety
