Hi all!

My name is Carl. Im 23 and from Nottingham, England.

I have joined this forum to give and receive advice. I had my first panic attack over a year ago and although I haven't had one for a while now, I suffer with anxiety symptoms almost everyday. I have suffered health anxiety in the past but recently I have come to the realisation that most of the physical symtpoms I get are down to anxiety itself.

Any way im sure all speak to you all at some point.
