Pelvic Cramps

For the last week I’ve been experiencing low pelvic cramps, I’m not due my period for another 10 days. The cramps have kind of subsided but now I have a weird crampy pulling feeling in my stomach and sometimes on the right side too.
I’m not sure if it’s hormone related as I got the merina coil removed in August last year after 9.5 years. Would I still be experiencing symptoms of withdrawal from it? My hair is thinning to and coming out in clumps when I brush it.
Scared that it’s not even hormones or periods but my pancreas or something else.

It could be a lot of things, not necessarily something serious. It could well be periods/coil. It could be IBS, water infection, the hair could be connected to thyroid levels. I used to get ovulation pain mid cycle.

It might be worth contacting your GP to talk it through?
