Hi. My name is Gerri and I am suffering from anxiety and panic attacks, which has caused insomnia. I am so desperate as no-one seems to be able to help me and my life is turning into such a mess. I'm so scared that I will loose my job and my family as I am so exhausted all the time.

Sorry to hear you are having a bad time at the moment, but im sure with the right support things will get better for you hun. Many of us have been in the same position as you, if you read the success section on the forum you will see there is light at the end of that tunnel.:)

You'll get loads of advice and support here while making new friends along the way. Have you been to see your GP yet? When I went to see mine he put me on a course of cognitive behavioural therapy which teaches you to change your thought process.
