Freaking out can’t sleep!

So I just moved into a new house a couple of days ago but ever since I moved I’m having a weird sensation of whenever I start to drift off to sleep a noise or sensation wakes me up. It’s freaking me out I eventually dose off for a few hours around 5 or 6 am . But it’s put my anxiety through the roof and I’ve started to convince myself that maybe it’s Sporadic Fatal Insomnia a fear I had 10 years ago but went away. Please help I really am worried thank you. By the way I’m a male 38 years old

It will just be because you are in a new environment now and nothing sinister.

I really struggle to sleep in a new place for the first night or two. Hotels, other peoples houses, even having someone else stay in my room. Give it a few days and try not to spiral. That will deffo keep you awake.
