I'm male, 41 and I've had PTSD, agoraphobia, acute social anxiety/GAD, depression and a few other things over the course of the last 20 years. I've had help from numerous professionals including OT's, CBT, psychs etc and my last therapist thinks I have Aspergers too. So yeah, I'm a veritable buffet of fun!
