Hi Everyone,

My name is Jamie and i'm 24.
I've been suffering from panic attacks and anxiety for about 2 months.
It's messing with my life and I just can't seem to get my head together.

This is the first forum I have found so hoping might be a good place to come for support as am running out of ideas and not getting much help from the docs.

Anyway will leave it there for now and go for browse around the forum.

I have only just joined here myself and also suffer from panic and anxiety, but it is due to me having agoraphobia. I too am hoping to make some new friends and understand more about what is happening to me here.

Well it defo looks like have come to the right place, have just spent ages reading through the forums and self help section and it's really helpful. Has already settled my mind on a couple of things.
