Neck and head pain very worried

Have had neck pain/stiffness on left side for a couple of weeks wasn’t too concerned yesterday tho it seemed to be worse and a larger area then started getting pain on left side of head in two small specific areas but only on moving I’m scaring myself stupid thinking I’m about to have a stroke or got a brain tumour any advice welcome

Howdy :)It sounds like it could be coming from your neck-it can give you a bad headache I wouldn’t be concerned about a stroke or tumour,maybe try a new pillow it helped me.x
