Posting this one in the anxiety forum, as it help reduce the physical anxiety symptoms I have been experiencing today.
It really needs to be listened to with headphones, and your eyes closed. Through the entire recording I simply count backwards from 300 to 1. You often will lose the place when counting, but simply start again from 300.
