Hi all! For the last few weeks I've had deja vu pretty often, sometimes even once a day. The last few weeks were also super stressful for me - had my yearly cancer check-up (no recurrence yay), had to travel abroad for work, had a lot of health anxiety overall. I've read into frequent deja vu and I noticed that it's a sign of temporal lobe epilepsy. I don't feel weird after getting the deja vu, just a brief "oh, this is super familiar yet it shouldn't be, deja vu again". I'm kinda worried about a brain tumor causing seizures, but I had an MRI with contrast 6 months ago related to a visual disturbance I had, and it was clear, so I would be rather unlucky to get a brain tumor in 6 months? Any insight would be appreciated, thanks!
