So for the last 4 days I’ve had this cramp pain or sticking like pain almost like a spasm in the side of my left rib on the top . I googled and of course one of the things that comes up is Pancreatic Cancer. So I’ve convinced myself that’s what I have now. The pain isn’t bad maybe a 2 or 3 on the pain scale but it’s weird it will hurt for a few seconds then go away for a few minutes or so and then come back. Does anybody know what this could be ? By the way I’m a overweight 38 year old man
