Hi guys!
Me here. I have these moveable lumps in lower back, they are small and feel like jelly and you can move them around. Dr has said ah they are nothing, unlikely to be liposarcoma. So now that she said that I'm FREAKING out.
Has anyone else had these lumps? They are small and you can move them - they are in the dimple part of my lower back and I felt another one today! So now I have three.
When I google Lipoma they sound like them but when I google Liposarcomas it says they can be mistaken for them!
I went to a skin specialist and she said to get a ultra sound done as they are too deep for her to just cut out, she also said 'probably benign' but the word 'probably' makes me think of the possibility that it 'might' be!
Now i'm sitting here crying because I think I have the liposarcoma and annoyed at myself as my anxiety had been minimal, but any lumps or bumps send me into chaos!
Thoughts? Do you have these types of lumps?

Hi there,

Yeah, I have my "little mouse" under my skin on the right hand side - he's been there something like forty years now :)

Thank you, I have found something called back mouse? Is that it .. I wonder if thats my mine is, it feels like a small pea that I can move around, neither overly soft or firm just like a squishy gummy bear almost?? Is that yours?

There are a couple of things that come to mind here. First off, yes, lipomas or similar fat type deposits present themselves in our bodies as we grow older etc. Second, the self-examination and subsequent HA ramp up/Googling etc. associated with the behavior exasperate the anxiety. IMO, a totally harmless and natural discovery is indeed just that. If you're that concerned see a doctor. The 'Told Ya So' gang will be on standby :)

Yeah, that's it - mine is quite big, about the size of a sugar mouse oddly enough!
