I am having a bad bout of sensorimotor OCD again. I am bringing all my best resources to bear against it, so this post isn't asking for help.
Instead, I want to make others aware of what sensorimotor OCD entails as I think there's a lot of overlap between the behavior I see described in posts here and in the Symptoms forum.
Note that the Sensorimotor Obsessions section reads, to me, like the sub-forum lists here on NMP, and that browsing almost any thread here on NMP produces instances of the behavior described in the Sensorimotor Compulsions section.
It really is quite striking.
