Warm sensation on my thigh, trying to believe the Dr

For about a week now, I have had a warm sensation on my left thigh that last a few seconds. It happens a few times a day. Mostly when sitting. I described it to a Dr and he said its a mild pinched nerve and nothing to worry about. Each time I feel it, I panic though. I'm trying to keep myself from entering that awful health anxiety loop of worry

I've had a similar thing and it's definitely nerve-related. It does feel really weird though. A physio gave me some exercises to do and the sensations went away after a while.
