Hey all,
I'm new here and was wondering if anyone could help... I have a severe blood test phobia - and have had it for the past 14 years! - and it's kind of specific: I'm not scared of needles, or blood, but blood tests specifically (sort of niche haha). I was firstly wondering if anyone had something similar, and secondly if anybody had success with hypnotherapy? I've been considering it but wondered if anyone else had tried it.
