Lately I've been having panic attacks and muscle spasms on my chest, particularly on the left where my heart is. Long story short, Dr. Google got the better of me and I looked it up. Found coronary artery spasms. I didn't look into it but it did frighten me a little! The spasms are nothing painful or anything but it still has me worried! Any idea what it is? Thanks
