Pulsating artery on lip

Hello. Maybe has anyone pulsating artery on lip? I think it calls caliber persistent labial artery. It's clearly visible how it pulsating like my heart beats. Thinking about to visit dentist to confirm this. Wasn‘t worry about this till health anxiety crashed me few weeks ago.

As I've said in those other threads, we are living sentient beings. We breathe and our chests rise and fall. Our heart beats, pushing blood through our veins. If you hyper-focus, you most certainly will see that. The degree of which varies from person to person. I would worry if you couldn't detect it ;)
