hi all
i wondered if someone knows what this could be. i had an abscess in febraury due to taking bad multivitamins and for two months i didn't address it well & so i think it lead to dental bone loss/resorption. i think it's gone since i regularly swivelled salt water in my mouth, only i noticed today my brow bone on that side also seems atrophied, the eye is a bit sunken in, like there is less definition, and the whole side of the face feels noticeably weaker & less knobbly. do u think the bone will grow back or i will need a bone graft?
also ive had a swollen lymph node behind my ear on that side for 5 years but i guess it's not related
