I'm choosing not to google symptoms here...
But I had a panic attack on April 15, and my anxiety has been very high since -- having terrible sleeping problems for a bit.
This past week I seemed to have developed an odd sensation in my right leg. It's kind of pins and needles-y, but not completely. It feels uncomfortable no matter what position I put it in and can be a bit irritating when I'm laying down to sleep.
Could it be that I'm just focusing on this leg too much?
I remember having this sensation previous times during panic/anxiety, although not for nearly as long as I have had it this time.
Also, I should add -- I've been running and walking and working out and there doesn't seem to be any issues with coordination nor any kind of noticeable "weakness". Nor is there necessarily any pain that I notice.
Is this a common thing?
Feels like maybe there's a circulation problem or something. It seems like my anxiety caused it, whatever it is.
