Red patch on tongue [Archive]

7 days ago I got this red patch on tongue and it is burning.

It's not getting larger or smaller, just there are no papillae suddenly.

Anyone had it before?

If it was burnt or something it would start healing by now.

It dissapeaared after a bit more than 3 weeks.
