Anxiety in my sleep!!!!!

Been having a tough time lately with my ha but last night takes the biscuit! Dreamt that I was dying and could feel myself drifting away woke up in an absolute panic drenched in sweat heart thudding palpitations the lot god can I get no respite even when I’m asleep anyone else have similar

Oh yes..but your anxieties can often be reflected in dreams. Try not to make too much of it?

Sounds pleasant compared to my 'dying' dreams where I am being stabbed, drowned, or thrown down the stairs..:huh:
