Tingly right side of face and hand

I'm having a pins and needles tingly feeling in my right hand and right side of mouth. Is this anxiety related?

Tingling can definitely be caused by anxiety.

Is the tingly feeling there all the time or does it come and go? Do you notice it more when you're stressed?
