Anyone else stop breathing as you fall asleep?

It's not sleep apnea, I don't wake up choking etc, it's just an awareness that I've stopped breathing or having a delayed intake of air and it scares me ... anyone else experience this?
I definitely have bad anxiety right now....

Like that little jolt you get sometimes as you are falling asleep? I think everyone gets that sometimes don’t they?

Could be sleep paralysis - I occasionally get that for months on end.

Me too Blue. I’ve had some really weird experiences. Won’t go into detail because I know it will be triggering but yes, weird stuff.
