So for a couple of months I have been having left back pain right under my shoulder blade more towards my spine. I bought a new mattress thinking that was the culprit but it was now. The pain only happened when I did housework and did physical activity but now the pain is there always and when I move or sleep its worse. If I breath in and out I can feel it. This has caused so much anxiety and panic that I decided to google and now I am convinced I have lung cancer, kidney issues or spine cancer. I know I have to go to the doctor and get it checked but I am so nervous I cant seem to just make an appointment :( someone give me some good advice :weep:
