Hello, so having suffered from anxiety for years I have been through the mill with sensations, panic attacks etc. I still have the odd panic attack now and again and some high anxiety moments with heart racing etc but slowly now over the last little while I have noticed that I don’t seem to have many physical symptoms if any. Example today I am really mentally anxious but no physical sensations no high heart rate or high bp ( I have a machine as currently under cardiology right now) but yet I’m so anxious but only in my head. Does that make any sense or am I just weird.

No not weird at all. And I’m would be saying thank God for this turn of events.
Anxiety as you know isn’t linear…some days are worse than others, symptoms come and then go. New ones appear, just when you think nothing else can possibly hit. Over time it can change its face. An absence of physical symptoms is a great thing to me. Instead of fighting both sets, you only have to concentrate on one.

When my head is off on one and my body doesn’t react it feels great. I hope this lasts for you:yesyes:

Yeah it didn't lol, suffering a ba relapse with panic attacks and high anxiety at the moment sadly due to health anxiety, diagnosed with a heart murmur and told it could be a valve. So currently terrfied I am going to die of cardiac arrest or have a heart attack. Its not been a good time sadly.
