I have one on both sides of my inner cheeks, near my top molar. The right one is slightly bigger than the left which concerns me.
I went to the dentist today and he said they looked OK, maybe slightly swollen but peoples can be all shapes and sizes. He said they felt soft and were bilateral.
He referred me to see a specialist for further investigation, as there was another slight canker sore in my mouth I was worried about too.

Does anyone else have these glands? I looked in my boyfriends mouth he has them too but they look a different shape and size to mine.
I'm 29 and a non smoker.
Absolutely terrified of oral cancer or even beneign tumors.

I also have these. When I first discovered them when I was younger and my health anxiety was at its prime, I freaked out big time. Just like fingers, toes, and ears though they come in different shapes and sizes. They are absolutely normal. Plus the fact that your dentist saw them and didn't tell you that you should 'have that checked out'should be reassuring as well! :)

Thanks everyone.
He did refer me to a oral surgeon, just to get everything checked over. Hope that's not too concerning. My boyfriend has the glands too but mine look bigger
