I feel that I have my HA under control, although I do avoid tests !
I'm trying to get a part time job along with caring for my parents. This is mega stressing me out. I have had a couple of interviews for GP surgeries. I was supposed to have one today, but cancelled. I'm in my late 50s now and feel that you often have older people working in surgeries. I'm not sure working in a medical environment would be good for me. I also don't know how I can stop over thinking everything. I take pregabalin, but not sure its helping anymore.

Would you really fancy a job at a GP surgery when you're hearing about patients' symptoms and illnesses all the time? Even if you're managing you HA? I don't think it would be long before you were triggered?

I have to agree with Pulisa on this one. It’s a shame but I also feel something or someone would trigger you before long.

I'm sure there would be other options for you re part time work? It must be very hard work caring for your parents and you need and deserve an outlet for yourself away from the demands of caring.
