Hi everyone. I’m 27 and female and a healthy weight but used to drink Coca Cola every single day. I also eat takeaways a lot and am now scared ive caused atheroma and will have a heart attack.
My blood pressure is normal but occasionally i feel pressure in my neck and head as if blood is rushing to it and im afraid it’s my heart or something and I’m scared of blocked arteries. Has anyone dealt with this before?
