Palpitations/ectopics 30+ Years

I’ve been suffering on & off with panic attacks, palpitations & ectopic beats for so long, I’ve forgotten how it feels to be at peace with my body & it’s exhausting & demoralising. Will I ever be rid of this fear & be able to live a ‘normal’ life?
