Cold Spot Finger

I haven’t posted on here in a while but lately my anxiety is raging. I just want to know if anyone else has had this as anxiety symptom. The inside of my index finger feels cold. Almost like water is there. When I rub it sends like icy feelings to my knuckle. It’s very odd. I’m thinking it’s anxiety because I have a lot of muscle twitches and electric shock feelings in my body which I’ve gotten before while anxious. This is new to me though. It’s been like this since last week. Anyone else have this?

I think it could be a nerve thing, like a trapped nerve. I've had this on a patch on my thigh before! It went away after awhile.

Thank you for your replies. I think it might be due to carpal tunnel syndrome. Going to ask the doctor.
