Hi all,
So I should preface this by saying that I'm due to travel in a couple of days and it's my first long haul flight in 5 years and my health anxiety always spikes before a trip. So I've already been on edge worrying about all kinds of things. And then tonight, I suddenly noticed that there is a lump in my lower leg (shin) and I'm freaking out about it. No idea how long it's been there, it's only visible/feelable at certain angles or when I lean my calf on something. It doesn't hurt although I haven't pressed it too hard. Any ideas what it could be? I'm now worried about being on an 11 hour flight and being halfway around the world in case something happens.
