To worry over petachie

I had noticed an eczema patch on my shoulder blade so put cream on and left it. I itched and scratched it yesterday only slightly and today I have 5 petachie marks, assuming from the scratching or the massage pillow I use religiously?

Anxiety tells me to worry.

I suffer from psoriasis and when I scratch it I get it aswell. I also use a scrubber on some dry patches and if I go too hard it also does it.
