Has anyone ever experienced a laryngospasm?
It has happened to me a few times I can't speak and feel like my throat is closed over and the only noise I can make is a wheeze it usually lasts about 30 seconds-you literally can't breathe .It happens if something catches my throat like dust or a irritation. I suffer bad acid reflux which has made my throat really sensitive.
I have terrible anxiety so having these attacks dosent help.
