Anyone else had this weird thing where they grip random things or weird things occur in sleep during anxious times? The other month I woke up gripping my phone like crazy and last night I picked up the glass of water from my bedside table in my sleep and put it on the bed itself , and spilt it all over the bed when I lost my grip on it. I feel worried, because my mum had the same thing when she got her tumour (her hand was gripping stuff on its own). The doctor said her tumour was not genetic. Trying to rationalise and say that it is just one of those things and I must have sleepily grabbed it because I was thirsty or whatever and not remembering it and then fell asleep. Thought it was a dream at first but I saw the towel and stuff I moved from the bedside table to clean it up. I really hope this is benign.
