Worried about tongue cancer

Hi

I have an ulcer on the side but closer to the top of my tongue as well as lumpy area from where I think I bit it but can't be sure, it has gotten better over the past few days. Worried about mouth cancer. Mouth feels a bit numb/tingly but I have been using a lot of sal****er. Worried about oral cancer?

23, occasionally drink, never smoked

Worried about oral cancer?... it has gotten better over the past few days.

Cancer is an uncontrolled growth of abnormal cells. It doesn't come and go nor does it stop once it starts.
