Anyone experience heart palpitations that's like a pause then a thump? It's been happening for a few days now get like 10 or 20 a day. I feel bloated and my stomach is gurgling all the time.
I had this year's ago my anxiety was bad then but I don't find im anxious or anything. I don't want to start worrying about my heart like I use too.
