Hi everyone-
It’s been a while since I’ve checked in here but I’ve been a member for years- although I made a new account today because i couldn’t remember- or for some reason, reset- my password.
I’ve been keeping my health anxiety somewhat in check (my medicine helps), with occasions deep dives, like I’m having today. Sometime ago I noticed a lump on the sole of my foot, somewhere between the big toe and the heel. It is painless. I wasn’t looking for lumps, it was total happenstance that I came across it. I must have been in a good place at the time because I sort of just got past it but here it is now, back in full force. My boyfriend google shows that it is in the exact same place as a ‘plantar fibroma’ which is apparently benign- but apparently it could also be- you know. “Soft tissue sarcoma”. Because I swear needing a haircut can be a cancer symptom on Google, but I can’t seem to break up with them. I’m too needy. I mean I try, but I keep crawling back.
As much as I avoid doctors whenever possible I guess I need to get it checked but has ANYONE had something like this? If so I’d so appreciate hearing about what it is/was. Thanks ��.
