Hi I've not posted on here for a few years as my anxiety has been ok but recently it's come back with a vengeance I've had symptoms I've never had before body zaps and a weird feeling in my chest which I've never had it comes and goes, it comes back when I'm thinking of it and deep down I know it's anxiety but my thoughts tell me I'm dying, I feel like I'm going crazy has anybody experienced the chest sensations they are the most scary?
