Neck realignment

I have been having neck and headache pain for a few months now. I saw a physio today who did neck realignment. I feel relief and am pain free but have now googled and have read that it increases stroke risk. I'm now freaking out. Has anyone had this done.

You're talking about a procedure which is carried out frequently all around the world and in the vast majority of cases comes with no complications. In circumstances where the procedure is required, the benefits usually outweigh the risks. Stroke is a rare complication and not worth dwelling on. If I were you, I wouldn't have procedures and then go Googling after the fact.
