For the past few months my periods have gotten shorter from my regular 5 day period to 3-4 days leaning more towards 3 days. They are usually 31-34 days apart. Well this month it came at 28 days (with a couple days of spotting before it came) and it's super light. Yesterday was day 1 and it was not much and it's getting lighter. What's the deal? I have been going through a rough patch with my HA the past couple months but enough to cause this? I'm 31, so it shouldn't be perimenopause. Can stress really cause this? I had my annual in August and he wasn't concerned but I feel like it's been getting lighter and shorter since then?

I think that's normal and not concerning :) I'm having period problems now, but a few years back that also happened to me and the doctor said it was normal. My friends also experienced the same, their periods became shorter and lighter in our late 20s.
