Yesterday I had a really bad migraine which lasted four hours thanks to a tension headache, I'm the sort of person that hardly takes any pills, eventually I took a paracetamol and it went, but when I got in bed the weirdness started, this has happened before but I don't know exactly what it is..I'm assuming some kind of anxious response to having bad headache pain for hours? But what is it, I can only describe it as my brain not being in my body and feeling far away, and me not being myself and in control, is it what they call depersonalization? If someone could help I would be grateful...It's a little scary.:lac:

Migraine can make you feel that way. It's called the 'aura'.

Oh depersonalisation. For me that's anxiety's favourite imp at the moment. I find it goes in phases.
