Non stop twitch under eye, developed day before international flight

I have had a non stop twitch under my eye for around 48 hrs non stop.
It started a day before I was to travel overseas.
I have been very stressed about the flights and some health issues and I know twitches can be a result of stress but to have it 24/7 non stop??
Has to be Ms or something sinister. :(
I'm overseas and can't see a doctor until I get back in 3 weeks.

My left I twitch has been on and off for around since I had bloody covid.
I will try a heat pack,Nora.:yesyes:

Have had this in times of exhaustion or high stress. Mine lasted for a week solid and I could see it undulating and twitching in the mirror. It went away a few days after the stress was over. Don't give it a second thought :)
