Hi , thank you for taking time to read my post.
I have been under quite a lot of stress recently, not health wise but just general “ life “ stresses.
Anyway the last 4 days my tongue had been extremely painful, mainly the tip and top, the only way I can describe it is like I have burnt it but I havnt. I have been having sal****er rinses and using a mouth wash the pharmacy suggested without any alcohol in .
I have googled and “ burning tongue syndrome “ come up and can be caused by stress/ deficiency.
It says it can last years. I really canÂ’t manage the pain itÂ’s causing if it last much longer. I have a dentist appointment next week anyway so i will mention it it has anyone else been through this and have any advice.
