Hi everyone. I’ve been doing really well with my HA lately, so don’t want this to escalate this to a new episode.
(TMI warning) However, I’ve noticed the occasional blob of red in my stools. I eat a predominately veggie diet and have lots of tomato. I sometimes see a bit of loose tomato skin floating in the bowl, so I know that’s not blood.
But now I’m questioning myself as to whether the occasional red blob is in digested tomato mixed in with the stool or is it blood?
I always thought blood in stools would be all over and either black or dark - not tomato red/orange, so just wondering what people think? I’m 31 and in good health.
