Hello, I’m panicking as I have had a high ALT level of 87. It was 62 a couple of years ago and I had a scab and was told it was fatty liver. I’ve put weight on since due to the menopause and have been on HRT, I also take Omeprazole and Sertraline. Is it the weight causing the high level? Has anyone else had a level this high? Many thanks
