Hey guys!

I'm Paul from the UK, 37 year old engineer from Oxfordshire.

After very mild ectopics I chose to ignore for the last 6 years. 3 days ago they've taken over my life and I don't no what to do 😔.

After frantically searching DR Google I've driven myself into thinking the worst. The only good outcome is finding this forum.

Any tips of how to relax and not let these take over my life would be awesome.
