Sore swollen neck lymph node

I have never worried about a lymph node in my life because of I’ve never had any issues with them! Then today I woke up with a lot of neck pain and a slightly swollen and tender nose (at least the think it’s a node - it’s raised and squishy and sore from just below my ear down along the curve of my jaw.

I’m not sick or anything. There’s no obvious reason it would get sore and swollen.

My neck and back muscles are a bit sore from driving a lot yesterday but I get that all the time.

Any ideas? Thanks!
